Payments & Taxes

All prices are in CAD. Where applicable, HST/GST is calculated at checkout for Canadian customers.

• We collect Canadian sales taxes based on your billing address:
  • HST provinces: ON 13%, NB 15%, NL 15%, NS 15%, PE 15%
  • GST only: AB 5%, NT 5%, NU 5%, YT 5%
  • GST + PST: BC 5% + 7% PST, SK 5% + 6% PST, MB 5% + 7% RST
  • QC: 5% GST + 9.975% QST
• International customers may see taxes set to 0 at checkout; you are responsible for any local taxes where applicable.
• Invoices include tax breakdown and our registered tax numbers where required.
• Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards and supported wallet payments where available.

Use of Services

Courses are for personal educational use. Account sharing is prohibited. We do not host or display images.

• Licensing: a single, non-transferable license per user account.
• Content access may include live sessions, replays, downloadable materials, and community spaces.
• Do not circumvent technical protections or distribute course materials publicly.

Refunds

Refunds are available before the first live session or within 7 days for self-paced courses if less than 10% completed.

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Processing time: typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Chargebacks: please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can help.

Billing & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime in your account before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
• Prorations may apply on plan upgrades; downgrades take effect on the next cycle.
• Failed payments may trigger retry attempts and temporary access limitations.

Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity in live sessions or community features.
• No uploading malware, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

• All course content is owned by Fendrixo or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce or redistribute materials without written consent.

Privacy

We process your information to provide and improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. See our privacy practices within your account area. Cookie preferences can be managed below.

Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee outcomes from training.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim within the last 12 months.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflicts of law.
• Before formal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of notice.
• Venue: courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
